Clive Rice world renowned cricket player has put together a series of easy "how to's". Here he shares is knowledge and expertise in an easy to follow way.

CLIVE EDWARD BUTLER RICE was born in Johannesburg in 1949. He was educated at St John’s College, Damelin College and Natal University.
His world famous cricket career is spans over four decades. Here are but a few of his career achievements:
• Played for Transvaal Nuffield in 1967
• First Class Cricket Debut for Transvaal B in 1969/70
• Debut for Transvaal A Team in 1970/71
• Appointed Transvaal Captain in 1981/82 and Captained 80 1st Class Matches
• Played Cricket for Natal 1992/94 seasons
• Had to wait until 1982 to gain Springbok colours
• Played for Nottinghamshire 1975-1987
• Played in World Series Cricket for World X1 1978/79 and made runner up in Man of the Series
• Won World Allrounders competition 3 times in 4 years
• Captained South Africa in 3 one day internationals on their return to International cricket in India in 1991
• Captained Scotland in 1988 and 1989 in limited overs competitions
• Joined Channel 9 team of commentators for the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand in March 1992
• Captained South Africa to Masters Cricket in Bombay in 1995
• Topped National Batting Average in England in 1978 – 1871 runs at an average of 66.82
• Played 482 1st class m; platches; scored 26331 1st class runs with an average of 40.95; 48 1st class hundreds and took 930 1st class wickets
• Played 479 limited overs games; 444 innings; 13474 runs; 169 highest score; average 37.32; 11 x 100’s and 79 x 50’s; 174 catches
• Bowling: 1562 balls, 11621 runs, 517 wickets at an average of 22.64 – Best bowling 6/18
• Appointed a National Cricket Selector in 1995-1999
• Received State Presidents Award for Sport in 1985
