How to Practice Bowling Approach and Timing [Bowling Tips & Drills].
Bowling Practice with tips, Hand in front to left of shoulder, 1000 count each step. At 2000 AND, start letting ball drop and swing back by itself. Once left arm leaves the ball, position in front of body towards front of lane and while releasing the ball with the fingers, sweep left arm to the side at shoulder level for balance. With right arm, after release the ball, follow through towards target. Also, in third step bend knee then during release, sweep rigth leg to left.
